A Smooth Sea never made a skilled
Sailor and that’s the exact phrase I could say for my journey in 2022. A year
filled with lots of surprises, new challenges, new phases and new opportunities
along with many big decision-making moments at every step.
Thanks to all those who were part of my journey in 2022. Also Thanks to you as well for taking your time out to read my blog.
#JAN:
January just started with taking
biggest decision of my career and that is resignation. Yes, on 7th
January 2022 I resigned to my job at Collins Aerospace after serving for 9
wonderful years. Sometimes more comfort and more safety take us nowhere and it
was high time to look inside rather than outside to take this big decision of
my career.
Then visited the Goravanahalli Mahalakshmi Temple with Tara&Sunil was good picnic.
#FEB :
Then started the FEB month (which is
close to life and heart) without my birthday celebration 😂 in recent times. With many wishes from friends and family, but no cake cut was good feeling. However sponsored food for whole day in one of the Orphanage - Madilu Sevashrama. Being in Notice Period, One can think of my status of mind 😅😂.
Then went to Dvg to meet family and that’s when Sandeep & Sindhu visited us at Dvg to see our daughter.
Then came the biggest day of life – Feb 7th. Auspicious day of Rathasaptami and God sun blessed the day with biggest milestone of the life. Visiting the Surya Temple on that day was very blessed feeling with family.
This is one of the best Rathasaptami in My life and this date will be remembered forever - 7/Feb/22
20th Feb was another good day when my roommate and strict minister of Kittiya Kuteera home – Mr SAP got married with Rashmika.
#March:
March started with Big day of getting relieved from Collins Aerospace. It was such a great co-incidence that I had joined Collins on 4th March 2013 and For my luck I got to choose my last working day also on 4th March 2022. It was an Amazing 9 years. It was hard to leave but not impossible.
I started my career in Collins as Engineer, Then promoted to Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer and Senior-Lead Engineer within 9 amazing years. Filed 5 US Patents, Got 12 spot awards, 4 Employee of the month, 2 project of the Quarter, 1 Partner Award from Business Unit, 5 On-sites(4-US and 1-Germany), CSR Committee Member, President of Collins Toastmasters Club and what not. Collins just shaped me from person to Identity. By end of my 9 years, I had big cargo-flight to carry my memorable journey, moments, mentors and lot of loving friends.
Then I took complete break for March whole month just to feel how jobless I’m 😊, Just kidding😋. In this 1 month I had many events to prepare and celebrate.
20th March being Naming
ceremony of my Princess. Me and Myna had implemented lot of creative ideas and I
am sure to turn out my imagination into reality. Experimented name opening idea
and it really worked out well.
So to my world, My princess named as – Mahati Ainapure. Welcoming Mahati on Creatively made Peacock Concept was fabulous and fantastic.
Name Mahati is combination of Maha (Superior)+Mati(Talented) and its name of Godess Lalita Tripura Sundari as per Lalita Sahasranaama, shloka 148. It’s also name of the Narada muni’s Veena.
For a blessed kid, Nothing can be better than the Name of the Godess. With our Family and Friends, we truly enjoyed the function at Davanagere.
Hold on, That’s not ended there, Again
we had her naming ceremony in My native- Rajeshwar on March-27th. Of
course name is not changed 😉 but yes we had many of my side relatives, friends and
family to bless my kid.
After Completing her function, We returned back to davanagere and not to miss to mention that Visited, Kudala Sangama on the way and I didn’t miss to dive into river Krishna to satisfy my cravings for swimming. This River is known for crocodiles 😉
Then started the month of April with a
big step in life – by joining Schneider Electric on 4th April 2022.
New Domain, New Colleagues, Known no-one before joining here, but joined to a
team of talented folks which in turn is an extended family now 😊.
What I like first thing about this company is, it's Tag line which gives full positive vibe - Life is on!
30th of this month marked
the 6 months to my princess. And my wife never miss any opportunity to
celebrate it. We had lovely celebration of Mahati’s half year bash with family. It
was not just special, it was fantastic with a unicorn cake.
#May:
May started with bringing back my Family
from Davanagere to Bangalore home. Being alone for a while was very lonely
feeling but at the same time I was occupied with many milestone activities but
life started seeming more fun when actually started enjoying the company of
daughter.
Not to miss to mention that on 28th
May, we all Parivar gang headed to Jini’s home for bhargavi’s Baby shower.
Jini’s granny was so much interested to dress up Mahati as Krishna and we too
involved in that. Later ended up celebrating Bhargavi’s Baby shower. This was the
best time to catch up group with friends and their kids 😊.
#June:
June month started with first Team outing for me with my Squad. This was one of the special occasion as I was very much unknown to many and vice versa.
After that, I Drove to Hyderabad with family to attend My Nephew – Mahitej’s Dhoti Ceremony. This is Mahati’s first function and first visit to Hyderabad.

On 10th June, been to Club
cabana as Outing from IVV Team which helped to connect with lot of known faces
and unknown voices. It brought team and teammates closer to go far/longer in
the journey of Professional life.
12th June being another special day as Mangala amma& Appaji from Bombay visited us in bangalore. It was first time we met in bangalore after meeting them in my wedding.
#July:
July started with holiday mood as Myna’s cousin sister came to india from USA and it was fun time hosting all her cousins at our home. Kids had wonderful time together to play around in garden and home.
Stay was concluded with one day outing to Shilandra Resort- Family Get Together.

15th July was another
wonderful day of the month as I went to Tirupati trip along with Amit and
Deepak. Trip was being planned from almost an year and finally god approved the
request to visit him on 15th July. Nice trekking of Tirumala Hill
with devotional vibes and finally could get blessings of Lord after Covid.
18th July is another
special day as childhood chuddy+buddy friend took oath as Judge in Karnataka
judicial Academy. It’s always fascinating to see friends growing in different
fields which eventually helps to have good networking in all dimensions in this
one life. Whishing Mr. Abhinay Rajeshwarakar a warm wish to his dream journey. Congratulations Judge Sab!
#Aug:
August is always special as it comes
with lot of celebrations/festivals, one among them is Myna’s b’day on 16th
August. Being a titanium Ambassador of Marriott, started with stay in Four
Point Sheraton Bengaluru where we had nice stay with good food and special
hospitality from the staff.
From there went to Yercaud for a 2
days trip to celebrate her b’day where I truely enjoyed adventurous drive of 21
hairpin curves to reach the top of the hill. Good stay, Good places around,
Falls in deep fall, Awesome Temple visit of Lalita Tripura Sundari. This trip
brought us so many good memories to celebrate the life.
Then went to Davanagere to celebrate
Gowri-Ganesh Festival at Myna’s home and it was first baagina for Mahati.
#Sept:
September started with detour to Vaani
Vilas Sagar-Dam while coming back to Bengaluru from davanagere. Home food in
nature, greenery around and seeing dam touching highest water level was
mesmerizing moment to cherish forever.
On 27th September visited
the Schneider smart Factories in Jigani with team. This was one of great times
of 2022 visiting to plants. Such visits enhance our understanding, thinking
capacities and gives fair understanding of how business works. Thanks to SE for
giving such wonderful opportunity.
On 28th September, entered
new home – Sri Vaishnavam, leaving Deja View Park as Tenant after staying for 5
years. Leaving the home was one of the tough times in recent times but now I realize
that it was one of the best times of my life and I always Thank God for
bringing this change in life. This situation helped me to understand people
better indeed and it helped me to learn lot many unknown things in my life. 5
years in that place which brought lot of good memories, abundance to life but
ended with eye opening lesson to me. Thank God for brining such good storm in
my life which cleared my vision, which took away negative people and
suffocating situation from my life.
That’s why I strongly believe that –
Not all Storm come to disrupt your
life, some come to clear your path.
Now I feel much stronger and confident
than I were. Not just that, it increased my faith and belief on God coz unless
he brought this change, I would have never understood many precious things in
life.
With this I learnt Forgiving people
but never forgetting their mischievous things!

#Oct:
October month in new home started with
lot of celebrations and happiness. First we went to native to celebrate Dasara
festival and it was first for Mahati. Enjoyed all rituals, pooja and festival
with family in native.
Visiting my Mother’s place – Dhanasri and Temples around this place with family was one of the memorable trip.
Then headed back to Bengaluru from Native
on 15 October with family while enjoying long drive of 850kms 😊
Being at Bengaluru, celebrated Deepavali with full family in new home – Sri Vaishnavam.
Then comes the Big Day of 2022 i.e.,
30th October which is Mahati’s First Bday. Had a grand B’day Party
at Bhagini Hotel with Friends, Family and Relatives. This was very special day
and first function in Bengaluru after our engagement function in 2017. Having family, friends and relatives in b’day party made more special.
#November:
November brings joy to the life as it
is Karthik Maasa. My regular activity of walking to chikka Tirupati from Hoodi
is planned always in this month. This time on 20th November we went
to chikka Tirupati by walk. Special thing is when I started this in 2018 only 3
were there and in this trip we were 9. Crossing many farm fields, rose gardens
and small villages connects with nature and gives good vibes.
Then comes the special day November-24th.
This year it marked the 5th anniversary for our wedding. Myna as
usual showed her creativity in gifting items to me and we celebrated it with
special dinner at SkyGarden with parents.
#December:
December started with Lots of fun and
events. On Dec 2nd, there was
R&D Market place at BGRT and it was like grand carnival. I enjoyed this day
with understanding more products and streams of Schneider.
Then comes an Innovation Day
celebration at BGRT by DEVs Department. I was very lucky to be volunteer to
lead IVV team. More fun was being participated in Flash-Mob. What a thrilling
experience it was. I had 0 interest for Dance but this moment somehow helped me
to understand my another shade of drinking cup of tea which was never mine! I thoroughly enjoyed with team. This event helped to grow many more
contacts and enhanced my network in SE.
Then comes a workshop of Digital
Systems in Golden Amoon Resort. Good thing in this was that I was coordinating
the stuffs. Team building activities and day out with team was memorable.
Then comes another outstation trip to
Shivamogga for Avinya’s Naming Ceremony. After Naming ceremony visiting the
Shivamogga Zoo was very memorable as it was Mahati’s first Zoo Park visit. Had
a nice Safari and enjoyed seeing wild animals in the Zoo.
Then celebrated mom’s birthday on 22nd
December at Bangalore Home.
Then ended the year with family in
mysore, having Company holidays on last week of the Year. This time planned all
the un-explored places of mysore. Had a good times by visiting Shuka vana,
Balamuri Falls, Varaha swamy Temple and kukkaralli kere in Mysore. One week was
just amazing ending to the best year 2022.
2022 year was very different then any other. Many milestones, Job switch, Home change, playing with daughter and enjoying her cuteness, new learnings were very special.
Few hurdles, Many celebrations, More memories and Great Learnings. Year Filled with roller coaster ride.
It added many new good people to life and
removed negative people from life. This was the best year to make move forward
with lot of hopes, energy, dreams and goals.

- Growth in Professional life and Personal Life
- PSPO Certification
- Financial Awareness and Savings
- At least 1 international business Travel 😉
- Filing Minimum 5 Invention Disclosures and Patents

- Reading at least 3 books
- Lots of Love, Happiness, Health, Prosperous and Growth filled start to #24 by the grace of God.
